You may stop using Maxis at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users, third-party platforms, or Maxis. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
